Woof-woof: Country Place is pet-friendly! We understand your pet is part of the family and we want them to feel at home as much as you do. Nothing can warm your heart quite like a furry friend.
What can they do here? Plenty. Country Place Apartments is equally pet-friendly as it is people friendly, so read on. We happily accept both dogs and cats that meet our breed and size restrictions.
To cater to the needs of the pets that live in our community, we have a convenient bark park. Introduce your pets to other pets in the community. Our dog run is divided into two sections to help keep the peace for animals that may not get along well. It is a great place for your dog to unwind after she’s been with you for a refreshing walk on our convenient heart-healthy trail or had a long day of waiting for you to return home.
Of course, there are plenty of great perks for pets living at Country Place Apartments. We have large kitchens so there is plenty of room for your pet’s food and water, in-unit washers and dryers to help owners remove fur from their clothes, and patios or balconies so your pet can relax in the sun during the day.

Pet Policy
One or two pets are permitted per apartment with the total combined weight not to exceed 65 pounds. Dogs, cats or caged animals are welcome. The Pet must be of a gentle disposition. Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, wolf-hybrids and any other vicious dog breeds are strictly prohibited. In addition, fish tanks over twenty (20) gallons, rats, birds, mice, reptiles, ferrets, and exotic animals are also strictly prohibited.
